1 Product nature

RefrenulMeu.ro offers digital products — personalized songs generated instantly and delivered electronically. Once the order is processed, your song is created within minutes and becomes immediately available for listening and downloading.

2 Legal framework

In accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, Art. 16, letter m), digital content delivered instantly, with the express consent of the consumer, is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal. By placing the order, you explicitly agree to the immediate commencement of the service and waive the right of withdrawal.

3 When we offer a refund or regeneration

We want every customer to be satisfied. If a real issue arises, we are here to resolve it:

Severe technical error The song fails to generate or the file is corrupted. You receive a free regeneration or a 100% refund.
Requested elements are missing The recipient's name is wrong or the musical style is completely different from the one chosen. You receive a free regeneration.
Audio quality issues Obvious sound defects (noise, distortion, interruptions). You receive a free regeneration.

4 When we do not offer a refund

As a digital product generated on demand, there are situations where a refund is not possible:

Subjective preferences You don't like the vocal style or interpretation. Musical tastes are subjective and do not constitute a defect.
Change of mind You decided you no longer want the song after it has already been generated.
Song downloaded and listened to The digital product has been delivered and used for its intended purpose.

5 How to request a refund

Send an email to contact@refrenulmeu.ro with the following information:

1. Your order number
2. Description of the issue encountered
3. Submit the request within 48 hours of placing the order

6 Processing time

We respond to each request within a maximum of 24 hours. If the refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original card within 5-14 business days, depending on the issuing bank.

7 Free regeneration on the platform

Before requesting a refund, you have the option to regenerate the song for free, directly on the platform. Each order includes 1 additional regeneration (retry), which gives you 2 new variants of your song. Use this option before contacting us — in most cases, it resolves the situation.
