1 General information
The RefrenulMeu.ro platform is operated by SOUNDS MAD PRODUCTIONS S.R.L., a company registered under Romanian law.

By accessing and using the RefrenulMeu.ro platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions in full.
2 Definitions
- Platform — the RefrenulMeu.ro website and all its associated functionalities.
- User — any natural or legal person who accesses the platform and/or places an order.
- Personalized song — an original musical composition generated through advanced composition technology, based on information provided by the User.
- Service — the set of functionalities offered through the Platform, including the creation, generation, and delivery of personalized songs.
- Order — the request placed by the User by completing the form on the Platform and making payment.
- Domnul Dirijor — the mascot and creative identity of the platform, under which the composition services are presented.
3 Service description
RefrenulMeu.ro offers a personalized song creation service using advanced AI-assisted music composition technology. Songs are automatically generated based on the information, preferences, and story provided by the User through the order form.
The service includes:
- Generation of two musical variants for each order
- Digital delivery (audio files)
- Customization options: choice of musical style, tone, recipient, and occasion
- Additional options: custom lyrics, personal touches (dedications)
Songs are delivered exclusively in digital format. No physical media (CD, vinyl, etc.) is provided.
4 Order process
Placing an order involves the following steps:
- Completing the form — The User provides information about the recipient, occasion, desired musical style, tone, and personal story.
- Selecting the package and options — The User chooses the price package and desired additional options.
- Making payment — Payment is made online, by bank card, through the secure payment processor Stripe.
- Song generation — After payment confirmation, Domnul Dirijor begins composing the personalized song.
- Delivery — The completed song (two variants) is delivered via email and on the dedicated composition page.
By completing the payment, the User confirms that all information provided is correct and that they accept these terms and conditions.
5 Pricing and payment
Prices displayed on the platform are final, expressed in lei (RON).

In-song dedications (available for the Manele style) have separate prices, clearly displayed before payment. The total price is calculated and presented to the User before order confirmation.
Payment methods
Payment is made exclusively online, by bank card (Visa, Mastercard), using the Stripe payment processor. RefrenulMeu.ro does not store card data. All transactions are processed by Stripe under PCI DSS-compliant security conditions.
Invoicing
A payment confirmation is issued by email for each order. A fiscal invoice can be requested at contact@refrenulmeu.ro.
6 Intellectual property rights
Personalized songs
Songs generated through the platform are created using advanced AI-assisted music composition technology. By purchasing a song, the User receives a usage license under the following conditions:
Permitted uses: personal use, gift, presentation at private events (parties, weddings, anniversaries), sharing on personal social media.
Uses prohibited without written consent: resale, sublicensing, commercial use (advertisements, commercials, commercial products), distribution for profit, registration as one's own work with copyright organizations.
Full copyright is not transferred. The User receives the right to use the song in accordance with the license described above. For commercial use, contact us at contact@refrenulmeu.ro for an extended license.
Platform content
All platform elements (design, text, graphics, logo, source code) are the property of SOUNDS MAD PRODUCTIONS S.R.L. and are protected by Romanian and international copyright law. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
7 Delivery policy
Personalized songs are delivered exclusively in digital format, through the following channels:
- Composition page — immediately after generation, the User can listen to and download the song from the dedicated order page.
- Email — an access link is sent to the email address provided at the time of ordering.
The estimated delivery time is a maximum of 10 minutes from payment confirmation. In exceptional cases (high order volume, technical issues), the time may be longer, and the User will be notified.
The song access link remains active for 24 hours from generation. Download the files immediately upon receipt to keep them permanently.
8 Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 on consumer rights (transposing EU Directive 2011/83/EU), digital content delivered instantly is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal if the following conditions are cumulatively met:
- The consumer was informed about the loss of the right of withdrawal before placing the order.
- The consumer gave explicit consent to the start of contract execution before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
- The digital content was delivered immediately after payment.
By completing the payment on RefrenulMeu.ro, the User confirms that they have been informed and accept that they waive the right of withdrawal for instantly delivered digital content.
Exceptions
In the case of a severe technical error that makes the song impossible to listen to or download, we offer free of charge:
- Song regeneration (another attempt, resulting in a maximum of 4 total variants)
- If the issue persists, direct contact at contact@refrenulmeu.ro for resolution

9 Limitation of liability
RefrenulMeu.ro makes every effort to deliver quality songs that are relevant and personalized according to the information received. However:
- We do not guarantee a 100% match between the song and the User's subjective expectations. Artistic results may vary.
- We are not liable for incorrect, incomplete, or ambiguous information provided by the User in the order form.
- We are not liable for any technical issues caused by third parties (payment processor, email provider, User's internet connection).
- We offer a free regeneration (retry) if the User feels the song does not correspond to the requirements filled in the form.
The total liability of SOUNDS MAD PRODUCTIONS S.R.L. to the User shall not exceed the value of the respective order.
10 Amendments to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. The updated version will be published on this page with the date of the last modification.
Continued use of the platform after publication of amendments constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend periodically reviewing this page.
Orders placed prior to the amendment of the terms remain subject to the conditions in effect at the time the order was placed.
11 Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Romania.
Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the platform or the execution of orders shall be resolved amicably. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts at the registered office of SOUNDS MAD PRODUCTIONS S.R.L..
Individual Users have the right to contact ANPC (the National Authority for Consumer Protection) or the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
